Interesting that it works in Netscape (that’s not too dissimilar to Firefox). Just tried it again in Internet Explorer 8 and no dice. It DID recognize my order after I signed in though. Tried putting a space between black and 2010 just for giggles had no effect. Might be something wonky on my system, had trouble getting online the past week. Ran several virus scans found nada. Maybe I’ll give it another shot tomorrow.
We don’t have Firefox loaded on our systems, but the coupon definitely works in IE, Netscape, and Safari, so I don’t see any reason why it wouldn’t work in Firefox. There is a minimum order of $5 – if you go below that it won’t allow you to use the coupon (or place the order, for that matter). If you can let us know exactly what error message you are getting, maybe we can help. That said, Firefox not being our browser of choice, it’s hard for us to troubleshoot it.
