Shipping Rates/Policies
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours.
Orders within the USA are shipped via USPS Priority Mail
International orders are shipped via Air Mail.

Shipping Rates:
* USA Orders: 1-5 items $6, 6-15 items $10, more than 15 items $20
* International Orders: 1-3 items $6, 4-6 items $12, 7-9 items $16, 10-12 items $20

Returns/Defective Items
We will gladly replace any defective DVDs that you receive, provided you contact us within 2 weeks from the time you receive your order. Email us at imagovideo@aol.com and let us know what the problem is. We will send you information on what to do next. Please note any defective material must be exchanged for the same item. We do not offer refunds.
