All members of the Imago Studios Members’ Club – please make sure your account information, including your email address and credit card billing information, is up to date using our Edit Account Information page.
We have recently had a lot of emails bounce or go unanswered when we contact members about their account. In addition, if the credit card you used when you signed up has expired, it will be declined the next time it rebills and you have to sign up for a new membership at the current higher rates.
And remember, if you forget your username or password, you can always retrieve them using our Membership Management Page – but only if your email address is up to date!
