If you are a member of Imago Studios and you forget your username & password, please email us – imago@imagostudios.com. You can also look back at the confirmation email you received when you signed up – it contains your username & password – assuming you signed up with a real/correctly spelled email address.
We are amazed at the number of people who forget their username or password, try continually to enter over several days, but never email us. Or we email them their information, only to have it bounce because they signed up with a bogus email address.
Please do not sign up using a fake email and please retain your confirmation email – these steps will make your life a lot easier if you forget your account info.
That’s a useful blog post! I’ve been a member of Imago three (or more) times. First discovered your site when I was using Windows98SE (remember how crash happy Windows was before Microsoft came out with WindowsXP)?? Subscribed to a recurring membership at one point, my desktop crashed and died. Kept getting re-re-re-billed. Tried logging in at a public (library) computer – THAT didn’t work (big surprise). At some point I sent ya an email at that solved the problem. Your customer support doesn’t give my any reason to complain (ditto the quality of your JPEG’s and vids)!
