Kay Cohen is a member of the Board of Education and will be the tie breaking vote on a motion to cut funding for the drama department. She is just about to leave for the funding meeting when an irate mom determined to save the department shows up at Kay’s door. When Kay says she will not change her mind about cutting funding, the mom decides to make sure Kay cannot make the meeting! Dressed in her finest business suit, Kay soon finds herself tightly hogtied & gagged. She struggles to free herself, but soon realizes that is pointless. She remembers her cell phone in her purse – but tied the way she is, can she reach it?!
