Added IS133 “Bondage Challenges” to the Members Club

Added the complete IS133 “Bondage Challenges” video starring Ophelia Keating, Jesenia Stone, Renee Rose, Giana Gray, Molly Bronte and Corrine Delamonte to the Imago Studios Members’ Club.

For those of you who like watching pretty girls trying to complete tasks or compete despite the limitations of their bonds, you will really enjoy this video. It features 4 competitions, each with a pair of lovely bound participants competing against each other.

First up, Ophelia Keating and Jesenia race to be the first to free themselves from their bonds. With their hands cuffed behind their backs, feet bound with rope and their eyes blindfolded, each must somehow find the handcuff key hidden somewhere in the room and be the first to free herself.

Second, Renee Rose and Ophelia Keating compete in a series of three races. The only problem is they are bound and foot, with more rope added for each race! And they even gain an obstacle in the final race 🙂

Third, Giana Gray and Jesenia Stone vie against each other in a scavenger hunt. With their hands and feet securely tied, they must hop, crawl and scoot their way around the room in search of hidden coins. The catch is the money isn’t just lying around waiting to be picked up – it is hidden in drawers, boxes, under sheets and even in balloons the girls must pop in order to collect the reward!

Finally, Molly Bronte and Corrine Delamonte compete in escape contests where each gets to tie the other with tape. Each is given a limited amount of time to quickly secure their opponent whose escape attempt is then timed. The girls then reverse roles with the binder becoming the bindee! The one who can free herself the quickest from the other’s bondage wins!

Both the girls and we had a great deal of fun producing this video – as is evidenced by all the laughter during the contests! We hope YOU have as much fun watching!

Mary Jane Jackson – Last Shoot for a Few Months

Yesterday, we shot with the lovely Mary Jane Jackson, who has now been with us for more than seven years! This will be our last shoot with her for a few months as Mary Jane will be doing some traveling. But we have been shooting with her quite frequently and have a lot of her photosets & videos stockpiled. This visit, we shot 3 videos, with photosets, all of which will eventually appear in the Imago Studios’ Members’ Club. Two of the scenes feature Mary Jane’s great arm flexibility. So for now we wish Mary Jane safe travels and await her return in a few months.

New Quick Take Video in Members’ Club Featuring Michelle Jennings

Added a new quick take video featuring Michelle Jennings to the Members’ Club. Michelle Jennings is a very spoiled rich woman on her way to a fancy ball. When she hears a knock on the door, she assumes it is her driver and calls him in. When the stranger grabs her necklace, she realizes it is not her normal driver and demands to know what is the meaning of this! The snooty Michelle is forced to her knees and tied up! She offers the intruder cash to stop tying her and let her attend the ball, but he keeps binding her! When he grows tired of her demanding mouth, he cleave gags her and goes off to find more valuables. Michelle struggles & calls for her servants to come assist her, but they are nowhere to be seen. She eventually makes an attempt to reach her cell phone, but is caught, blindfolded and carried off! Michelle is a beautiful woman and she looks stunning in her long sequin dress, velvet opera gloves and high heels! The ropes make a nice accessory too!

New Quick Take Video in Members’ Club Featuring Kay Cohen

Added a new quick take video featuring Kay Cohen to the Members’ Club. Kay Cohen returns home & surprises a burglar rummaging through her dresser. Kay is not a meek woman and she angrily confronts the intruder, threatening to use mace. Her attention is so fixed on the one intruder that she is unaware of second burglar sneaking up behind her! Poor Kay soon finds herself being tied down spread eagle on her bed by both assailants before she is gagged with cloth stuffing and duct tape. Tied down and stretched out, Kay does her best to struggle for freedom, but it is no use.

New Quick Take Video in Members’ Club Featuring Bethany Fontiane

Added a new quick take video featuring Bethany Fontaine to the Members’ Club. Bethany Fontaine is a con artist/thief – and a very attractive one at that! She has had her eye on a priceless painting that resides in the mansion of an rich eccentric couple. But Bethany finally has found her way in – she has been hired as a belly dancer to privately entertain the husband in his study. Once in the mansion, with his attention only on her beautiful body and swaying hips, she manages to drug the man’s drink. But just as she is reaching for the painting, the wife enters and catches the stunned thief in the act! Bethany is pushed into another room & tied to a chair. She struggles, but the ropes do not give. When the wife takes her attention off Bethany momentarily, she tries to make a hopping escape attempt for the door. She manages to make it all the way to the door before being caught and hauled into a back room where she is tightly hogtied and more securely gagged. Alas, there seems to be no escape for the belly dancing art thief now!

Meet New Model Lola Lavo

We spent yesterday afternoon shooting with another new model, the lovely Lola Lavo. Lola recently moved to Las Vegas and she is completely new to bondage. We shot two video, with photosets, all of which will eventually appear in the Imago Studios’ Members’ Club. We normally try to get 3 videos per shoot, but Lola was quite surprised at how physically demanding it is to struggle when fully tied up! After two sets, she was exhausted! To be fair, Lola is a very active struggler and she hasn’t quite learned the skill of how to pace herself during a scene. When we said action, she pretty much went full blast until we cut – which looks great on camera but is very tiring! Despite her exhaustion, Lola said she was definitely interested in shooting again. Next time, we will try to provide a little better coaching 🙂

New Quick Take Video in Members’ Club Featuring Carlita Santos

Added a new quick take video featuring Carlita Santos to the Members’ Club. Carlita Santos is a very demanding, but minimally talented, wannabe movie star that doesn’t think her agent is getting her enough big roles. When she shows up at his office yelling at him, he decides to send her to a director that produces “unique” videos that Carlita can star in all by herself. Despite her protests, the mouthy & combative Carlita finds herself strung up in an old warehouse with a ballgag in her mouth. It is definitively not the leading role she wants, but twisting & turning all tied up in her short white dress, pantyhose & high heels, she should at least get an award for best visuals!

Our First Shoots in Las Vegas – the Birth of Imago Studios – 25 Years Ago This Month!

This month marks a significant milestone in the history of Imago Studios. Twenty-five years ago this month, we did our first shoots with the full intention of starting our own company. We had previously submitted numerous personal photos of Dianne to Harmony as the wanDeRers and we had also done a handful of shoots with other amateur models using the name Imago Studios that we also contributed to Harmony. That was when we lived in New York and before we become fully disillusioned with the way Harmony treated us. In March 1998, we moved to Las Vegas and immediately set about finding models (see blog entry How We Found Our Models in the Early Years). On Saturday, May 23, 1998, we did our first shoot with Alexa Close and the following weekend (May 30 & 31, 1998), we shot with Mia Chen on Saturday and Mary Olson & Katie Ladd on Sunday. These first shoots would result in our first three videos: IS001 “The Reluctant Bondage Model” starring Alexa Close, IS002 “The Tied and Tormented House Cleaners” starring Mary Olson & Katie Ladd and IS003 “Bound to Bitch” starring Mia Chen.

The actual opening of the Imago Studios website was still a few months off and we had already invested a significant portion of our meager savings to shoot these videos. With no outlet of our own to sell them, we were running low on cash. Although our goal was to start our own website, we though it would be at least prudent to see what another company would offer for one of them, either on a commission basis or as an outright purchase. We didn’t trust Harmony, so we reached out to another bondage producer who already had an established website and also happened to be located in Vegas & sent them a copy of the video that would become IS003. To our absolute amazement, they offered us $2000 for the rights to that one video. This would have been a significant profit given what it cost to produce and the influx of cash would have certainly helped. However, we didn’t like the way the company handled the negotiation and since we had full confidence in our vision for our own website, we turned the offer down. That may have been the best decision we made, at least early on. To this day, IS003 is still our best selling video. Sales of that video in the early years helped carry Imago Studios through the lean times. We made enough money off that one video that we could have put a kid through college, if we had had kids! OK, maybe just community college ;-), but the sales were high enough that we knew this was going to be a real business and we have always treated it as such.

Surprisingly, neither of us remember very much about these 3 shoots. We are certain that at the time, we never imagined doing this for the next 25 years while making a very good living at it! More importantly, we never dreamed we would meet so many great people and make so many good friends along the way, which is all because of another great decision we made early on. Namely, to only work with amateur models and only associate with people with whom we felt a genuine camaraderie – thus avoiding the drama & stigma associated with the mainstream porn & fetish industry. That was definitely not for us.

It is impossible for us to put into words what the last 25 years have been like. Living a dream doesn’t really capture it all. But we are immensely thankful for all our loyal fans and for our incredible models. We feel humbled by the trust and support that has sustained us over the years.
