Cancel your Recurring Billing - Legacy PnP Subscribers

Please note that if you have recurring billing on your 1- or 3-month membership, please cancel AT LEAST 5 DAYS PRIOR to your rebilling date to avoid being automatically rebilled for another membership period.
 

  • If you signed up using PlugNPay  (use ONLY if you signed up prior to August 3, 2019 - i.e., you have been rebilling monthly/quarterly for a very long time.)
    If you would like to cancel your account and you are rebilling through PnP, please enter your username and password in the space provided and click on the "Cancel Membership" button.
      Remember these are case sensitive.  Enter them exactly as they were originally selected.
    NOTE: If successful, you will get a confirmation screen stating your membership has been canceled and listing the last date your membership will be active.  If you enter incorrect information (i.e., an incorrect username or password) you will get an error message and your membership will not be canceled. 

    If you don't remember your username & password or the form does not work, please email us (imago@imagostudios.com) directly with your username & password.
